Defendants arrested for patronizing a prostitute are provided an opportunity to attend a 5 hour educational program that addresses the adverse consequences of their behavior. Instruction is provided by a psychologist, a representative of the Board of Health, KCDA, the NYPD, and the community.

Upon completion a defendant's case is dismissed in 6 months provided that there are no new arrests.
